Pilates Gold – Wednesdays at 11.15am. Chair based exercise for men and women.  If you struggle with exercise but want to keep your body moving so you can keep mobile why not come along and this chair-based class. The classes are low impact and will help you with your functional fitness. After the class why not stay and enjoy a cup of tea, and a chat.

Refresh – Saturday mornings 10am to 12pm.  Come along for a cuppa and a piece of cake and a warm welcome too.  Contact Kathy Taylor via the church office for more details.

For those who have particular skills and interests, there is a ‘Knit and Stitch Club’ on Tuesdays at 11am and a ‘Crafty Card Club’ once a month on Thursday afternoons.
